Ready?  Begin.
Doug Zweizig, RDR, CRR
Do your hands shake at the sound of the words “ready, begin”?  Doug is going to share with us his inspiration to enter contests, his practice schedule, what motivates and drives him to be a competitor, how he overcomes the jitters, and how that carries over into his success in life.

Advanced Zoom
Chris Carfagno, Owner, Sound Professionals
Tamara Chapman Maiello, RPR, CRR (Texas)
Our “New Normal” involves Zooming in some way, and we are confidently handling the basics, but our two speakers will take you to the next level and build your confidence so that you can be the professional expert in a Zoom environment.  Chris will share how to achieve the best sound quality for your recordings and Tamara will show us how to mark and share exhibits.

Short Writing:  The Right Approach
Allison Hall, RMR, CRR, CSR (Oklahoma)
Are you dreaming of writing short but just are not sure how or where to begin?  This session will teach you tools and techniques to develop a game plan to shorten your writing across the board, one step at a time.
